CITY ATTORNEY OTIS STOUT RESIGNED.
The City Commission accepted City Attorney Otis Stout's resignation this evening of Monday, March 6, 2023. Otis has served the City for more than 40 years as general counsel and prosecuting attorney.
Though Otis has resigned as City Attorney, he continues to serve the public in his private practice and through his volunteer commitments to include Clio Area Historical Society Curator and Historian.
Mayor Bonnie Bare and the City Commission and City staff wish Otis well.
