BATTLE CREEK, Mich. — Downtown Battle Creek will ring in this year’s holiday season with the first-ever Winter Wanderland event, Friday, Dec. 2, and Saturday, Dec. 3.
Winter Wanderland is a collection of holiday-themed events happening in and around Downtown Battle Creek.
The events will kick off Friday, Dec. 2, with the Night Bazaar, from 5-8 p.m. This free, holiday-themed event is a fusion of the Night Market, hosted by Kellogg Arena, and the Breaking Bred Bazaar, hosted by Café Rica.
The bazaar vendors will be located inside Kellogg Arena. The event will also feature:
- Live holiday music
- Indoor activities for children, including a Santa meet-and-greet, indoor snowball fight, inflatable slide, and much more
- Free carriage rides
- Holiday Tree Village
The festivities will continue Saturday, Dec. 3, from 9 a.m.-4 p.m., with the Holiday Craft and Vendor Show. This holiday shopping event will feature vendors and handmade crafts. Admission for entry is $3.
The craft and vendor show will be held inside Kellogg Arena and will also feature:
- Free carriage rides
- Holiday Tree Village
