The City of Marshall in coordination with Public Power Week, is excited to announce a coloring contest for youth in grades 1-4 who receive power at their residence from Marshall Public Power. The winner will receive a $50 Amazon Gift Card and be featured in Currents magazine! All submissions are due September 23 and the winner will be announced October 3 to kick off Public Power Week.
