City of Marshall issued the following announcement on Sept 29.
In late July, LD Docsa Associates, Inc. commenced with the clarifier rehabilitation project at the wastewater treatment plant. Demolition began almost immediately as we waited for delivery of the new equipment. Some shipping delays caused a minor setback but installation of the new equipment began in earnest in mid September. Final adjustments are being made with an anticipated start-up date of October 12.
