City of Flint issued the following announcement on Aug 30.
The Michigan Economic Developers Association (MEDA) recently held its Annual Meeting at the JW Marriott hotel in Grand Rapids. Each year, the Association recognizes outstanding economic developers and, this year, presented the awards on Tuesday, August 24th during its Awards Reception at the Grand Rapids Art Museum.
Among the honorees was the presentation of the first Birgit M. Klohs Fellowship to Flint’s Small Business Specialist, Samantha Fountain!
