Battle Creek STEM Innovation Center | Battle Creek Public Schools
Battle Creek STEM Innovation Center is our area's only STEM-focused middle school and is currently accepting applications for students entering grades 6-8. Through hands-on, project-based learning experiences, students develop a sharp analytical mindset, creative problem-solving abilities, and practical know-how that they apply to all subjects. BC STEM offers students in Battle Creek a unique middle school experience that provides both academically challenging learning and a nurturing environment to support student growth and success. Students will have the opportunity to participate in activities like:
• Speaking with STEM experts like NASA employees and vaccine developers.
• Programming robots, building machines, running experiments, and more in state-of-the-art facilities.
• Enjoying weekly visits to the Outdoor Education Center in 6th grade.
Applications are open now through April 14 and can be filled out online at bcps.me/bcstem. Those who apply will be invited to participate in a fun science night on April 18 or 19. For more information, check out the video, call the school at (269) 213-3513, or email the principal at cmanley@battlecreekpublicschools.org.
