City of Clio recently issued the following announcement.
CONGRATULATIONS JOHN RIVETT!
John was appointed to a five-year term on the City’s Compensation Commission during the City Commission’s meeting of Tuesday, September 7, 2021.
John has served on the City’s Compensation Commission of Appeals since 2010.
The Compensation Commission consists of five members who are registered electors of the City, appointed by the Mayor, subject to confirmation by a majority of the members of the City Commission.
The Compensation Commission determines the salaries of all officials elected to serve on authorities, boards and commissions created by the Charter of the City of Clio.
