My name is Cathy Hall, and I am looking forward to serving Homer Community as the new High School Counselor.
My family, and I have lived in Tekonsha for over 20 years. We have been a part of the Homer community since 2006 when both of my children started attending. Since their graduation I have been able to branch out and gain experience as a school counselor. I graduated from Spring Arbor with both my bachelor’s in family life education and master’s in counseling back in 2008. While my children were in school, I gained experience serving in the area communities as a paraprofessional, substitute teacher and at-risk interventionist. During my daughter’s senior year in high school, I was given the opportunity to use my knowledge as a school counselor. I have been working as a School Counselor for the last 8 year at all three levels of the school system. I am excited and honored to come back to Homer and serve the students, parents, and community.
I look forward to this new chapter in my life.
