Battle Creek Central High School issued the following announcement on Feb 23.
The Health Care Pathway is one of the four pathways that make up the Academy of Health and Human Services. You might like to work in healthcare if you are fascinated with how people think or how our bodies work, enjoy science, or want to know that you are making a difference in people’s lives. Some possible careers in Healthcare include psychologist, Medical Assistant, Paramedic, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), pediatrician, nutritionist, personal trainer, pharmacist, veterinarian, sonographer, dentist, dental assistant, surgeon, midwife, and many other possibilities.
Students in the Health Care Pathway have the opportunity to work with local community partners like Battle Creek VA Medical Center, Bronson Healthcare, Grace Health, Hospice Care of Southwest Michigan, LifeCare Ambulance, Michigan Rehabilitation Services, and many more!
