City of Battle Creek issued the following announcement on Dec 17.
City of Battle Creek offices will be closed on Thursday, December 23, Friday December 24, and Friday, December 31 in observance of the holidays.
We will reopen on Monday, December 27 through Thursday, December 30, with our continued limited hours of 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Some exceptions to this schedule are as follows:
- In addition to the above closure dates, the BCPD Records Division will also be closed on Tuesday, December 21, from 11:30 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. for a holiday luncheon.
- Buses, Tele-Transit, and BCGO will all operate on normal business hours on Thursday, December 23, Friday December 24, and Friday, December 31. Buses, Tele-Transit, and BCGO will not operate on Saturday, December 25 and Saturday, January 1.
- Full Blast will be closed Friday, December 24 through Sunday, December 26, as well as Friday, December 31 through Sunday, January 2.
Republic will remain on its current schedule with no holiday delays.
