Introducing Customer Portal for City of Marshall Water Customers!
Please visit the site below to sign up for Portal.
Step 1: Accept
Step 2: Enter email address
Step 3: An invitation will be sent to your email address, click the link contained in the email.
Step 4: Enter your account number and create a password.
Step 5: Set alerts, meters and see usage information.

If you have not had your meter changed to the new system, you will not see any information. Please call 269-781-5183 to schedule an upgrade.
