City of Battle Creek issued the following announcement on Nov 29.
The Battle Creek Police Department is holding their annual Stuff-a-Truck event to bring some Christmas joy to the children in our area.
The event will be held this Friday, December 3, across the street from BCPD at the Commerce Point Entrance off Division St. Stuff-a-Truck will run from 5 p.m. - 7 p.m.
For those who can’t stop by on Friday, but still want to participate in the season of giving, the local Marine Corp Reserve is running Toys 4 Tots.
There are now Toys 4 Tots donation boxes at BCPD, BCFD Station 1, City Hall, and Full Blast. The donation boxes will be left through December 13. The donated toys must be new and unopened.
