City of Battle Creek issued the following announcement on Aug 23.
City contractors will begin milling and paving work on Tuesday, August 24.
The following streets will be milled and paved starting Tuesday, with work taking place from approximately 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Work is expected to be complete by Aug. 30, weather permitting.
No road closures are in place; however, pedestrian and vehicular traffic in the areas should be aware of construction activity and follow posted signs and flagger instructions. Please plan for intermittent traffic disruptions during paving.
We appreciate everyone’s patience during this and all work.
Streets scheduled this week:
- Goguac Street E. – Riverside Drive to Capital Avenue SW.
