These uncertain times can cause a great deal of stress and anxiety. As many of us are looking for new ways to find balance in our life, a simple yoga practice can help bring a sense of peace and calm. Meghan Luchies, a certified instructor with Essential Yoga, will guide an online audience through a basic flow, focusing on yoga postures, breathing techniques, meditation, and deep relaxation.
