Former Lakeview High School star Tommy Moore helped lead his current team, the Lander Bearcats, to a 74-66 win over the Columbus State Cougars in the NCAA Division II Basketball Tournament on Sunday, March 15.
Abney Athletic Center hosted the 5 p.m. tipoff, which marked the Bearcats’ first meeting with the Cougars in this tournament.
The Bearcats are scheduled to play again at Abney Athletic Center on Tuesday, March 17 at 7 p.m.
