On Saturday, March 1, former Homer Community High School standout Kennedy Miller’s current college team, the Central Michigan Chippewas, won 11-2 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Longwood Lancers.

The game took place at Ulmer Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Lancers this season.

The Chippewas’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, March 1 at 1 p.m. at Ulmer Stadium against Louisville Cardinals.
