The City of Marshall announced on March 30 the launch of a new online bill payment portal, urging residents to re-register their payment details for services such as taxes and utilities.

The update is intended to provide a better and more modern system for managing payments. The city said that the new platform aims to make it easier for residents to pay bills online, while also offering improved in-person payment options at Marshall City Hall, located at 323 W. Michigan Avenue.

Residents are encouraged to visit the new Payment Portal to set up their accounts with updated information. For those who prefer or require in-person assistance, the city has introduced upgraded devices at City Hall where payments can be made directly.

Additional resources and instructions are available through the city’s Online Learning Center, which provides guidance on how to use the updated system and ensure a smooth transition.

The move reflects ongoing efforts by local governments to modernize public services and improve convenience for community members.
