The Battle Creek Police Department is collaborating with the U.S. Marines and Target to collect donations for local families during the holiday season. The annual “Stuff the Truck” event will take place outside Target at 5700 Beckley Rd. on Wednesday, December 3, from 5-7 p.m.

During the event, officers and Marines will gather toys, games, and monetary contributions to benefit Toys for Tots. According to organizers, the effort aims to support families in need within the community.

“Together, we can make a difference for local families this holiday season,” stated event organizers.

The initiative reflects ongoing efforts by local law enforcement and partners to assist residents facing hardship during the holidays.
