Athens High School standout Hunter Pidek’s college team lost in NCAA Division I baseball game on Sunday, March 9

On Sunday, March 9, former Athens High School standout Hunter Pidek’s current college team, the Oakland Golden Grizzlies, lost 5-0 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Middle Tennessee State Blue Raiders.

The game took place at Reese Smith Jr Field. This was their third matchup against the Blue Raiders this season.

The Golden Grizzlies’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 12 at 3 p.m. at Jim Patterson Stadium against Louisville Cardinals.
